Alternatively, reservations can be arranged through a designated company representative by providing the company&#8217;s name and contact details. This invoice will be emailed to the email address provided by the booking guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking ahead.  If your stay is more than 7 days away, a 25% deposit is required straight away to lock in your dates. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full by 2 pm on the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival must be paid in full before 2 pm on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the payment terms are not met, bookings are cancelled in accordance with Salt Haven&#8217;s cancellation and refund policy below. The booking guest is welcome to rebook, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment options are bank transfer, credit\/debit card with a 4 % fee on top, or cash. We use PayPal to process card payments in a secure and timely way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Length-of-Stay Rule Set<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Multi-Night Discounts:<\/strong> Our standard base rate applies to single-night stays. Please submit requests via email to <a href=\"mailto:salthavennz@gmail.com\">salthavennz@gmail.com<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Parties:<\/strong> Parties of any size are strictly prohibited on the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sobriety &amp; Conduct:<\/strong> Excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, illegal drug use, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Room_Service\"><\/span>Room Service<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will arrive to accommodation that is made up with linens, toiletries and comes with kitchen equipment and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, milk, tea, coffee, sugar). We provide basic cleaning equipment in the room and any further cleaning or linen changes are by negotiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Checking_In_Out\"><\/span>Checking In \/ Out<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Self-check in with a key safe. The code for the safe and directions will be sent 24 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To check-out please lock up and return the key to the lock box. Please check heaters, fans and lights are off. The BBQ must be turned off at the bottle. We also request that rubbish is placed in the rubbish or recycling bins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Privacy_Statement\"><\/span>Privacy Statement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect information from booking guests or people making enquiries when they, of their own free will, provide information either written or verbal. This could be via a phone call, by submitting a form or emailing.
