Alternatively, reservations can be arranged through a designated company representative by providing the company&#8217;s name and contact details. Bookings can be made through the <a href=\"https:\/\/salthaven.nz\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"16\">salthaven.nz<\/a> &#8216;book now&#8217; portal, by calling +64275329542, or by emailing <a href=\"mailto:salthavennz@gmail.com\">salthavennz@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The person responsible for the booking must be at least 18 years old and is accountable for the reservation, including overseeing minors under 18. Your stay includes a complimentary starter pack including seasonings, coffee capsules, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order Breakfast: <\/strong>As an optional extra, for $18 per head, our guests enjoy breakfast served in the apartment.&nbsp;Choose between a continental breakfast or a cooked English breakfast. This invoice will be emailed to the email address provided by the booking guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A deposit of 25 % is required at the time of booking to secure reservations made more than 7 days before arrival. Then the outstanding balance must be paid in full before 2pm on the day of arrival (this must be showing on our online bank statement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival must be paid in full before 2 pm on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the payment terms are not met bookings are cancelled in accordance with Salt Haven&#8217;s cancellation and refund policy below.  The booking guest is welcome to rebook subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment options are bank transfer, credit\/debit card or cash. The code for the safe and directions will be sent 24 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To check-out please lock up and return the key to the lock box. Please check heaters, fans and lights are off. The BBQ must be turned off at the bottle. This could be via a phone call, by submitting a form or emailing.
